Every case passes inspection for marginal fit (on the die or model), proximal contacts, occlusion, colour against the approved prescription, and surface finish - with a final release sign-off by quality staff who did not make the case. Records are kept per case and traceable to technician, equipment and material batch. Full QC process
Departments - CAD design, milling, implant, ceramic, removable, QC and case coordination - sit on the same production floors in Shenzhen and Huizhou. Every account gets a named case coordinator and a technical contact; video case reviews and factory visits (including video audits) by appointment.
