Start Your First Case

The shortest path from "thinking about outsourcing" to "first case accepted". Here is exactly what happens, step by step - and which case to send first.

Payment for first orders

New clients normally pay per case via international bank transfer or major payment channels; no minimum order value and no account management fees. Credit terms can be discussed after a stable cooperation history.

What we need from you as an account

Company or practice name, shipping address, contact person and preferred communication channel (email, WhatsApp, video call). Laboratory and DSO accounts may receive a short supplier onboarding form, and we sign NDAs and quality agreements on request.

Step by step

1. Send an initial enquiry
Tell us who you are (practice, clinic, laboratory), what you want to outsource, and roughly what volume you expect. We reply with the price list and the right contact person - no patient data needed at this stage.
2. Choose a calibration case
Most clients start with a simple single crown or a small bridge to calibrate shade, contacts and anatomy preferences. Simple first case = fast feedback loop.
3. Prepare the case data
Digital: STL files plus RX form. Physical: impressions plus RX form, packed to our guide. The full checklists live on Send a Digital Case and How to Send a Physical Case.
4. Case review and quotation confirmation
Our case coordinators check completeness and confirm any assumptions in writing before production. The full fee is confirmed with you before anything is made.
5. Production and inspection
The case is designed, produced and inspected through multi-stage QC, with a final release sign-off independent of the production technician.
6. Delivery and aftercare
You receive tracking and, on request, QC photos. If anything is not right, our remake policy covers laboratory-side issues free of charge, starting with a shared root-cause analysis.

Frequently asked questions

Which case should we send first?
A single posterior crown or a small bridge. It exercises the full workflow - design, milling, shade, contacts - without betting a complex case on a new relationship.
Do you accept a single case?
Yes. There is no minimum order. Most international clients consolidate into weekly shipments once cooperation is running.
