Removable Restorations
Removable work accepts every input: digital scans, conventional impressions, existing prostheses to copy or reline. For full dentures we support the classic multi-appointment flow and accelerated records routes; repairs are routine short-turnaround cases.
Production runs at several thousand cases per month across our two facilities - but each case carries a work order, a named technician and a preference profile. Tooth moulds, shades and anatomy preferences are stored against your account for repeat cases.
Partial denture design is done digitally: the survey, path of insertion and clasp plan are sent for your confirmation before any casting happens, which removes the traditional guesswork from framework design. Combination cases - crowns with milled rest seats plus the partial - are coordinated as a single case so the two parts arrive agreeing with each other.
Repairs and relines are treated as first-class work, not interruptions: send the fractured prosthesis or the impression for a reline and the case runs on a dedicated short-turnaround track with its own QC check before it ships back.
